In this research paper we will considerexploring about critical literacy based on the questionnaire designed by us.This will explore different perspectives of critical literacy and the knowledgeof ESL among the students. As based on our questionnaire after discussing withthe professor I came to know that the questions should be based for studentwith education of more than 14 years. So main target of our questions were 1stsemester students of NUST. We passed out more than 50 questionnaire and got aresponse out of which almost 20 were reasonable.

We will go through theconclusion in the end. But for critical literacy we have some stuff to discussbelow before. Introduction:Critical literacy is no longer a new study among students and researchers inliteracy education. Actually, it has been around for decades. Critical literacy is frequently believed to be fundamental thinking or higherorder thinking, an idea primarily based on getting to know taxonomies. When students learn touse tools and methods of critical literacy, they can expose discuss, andattempt to solve social injustices within their own lives.
