This First Assignment is just an Identification of a Problem. You will explain the Problem and the context of the problem in as much detail as possible. Refer to the text book (and cite, of course) and define a problem at your office that you could eventually (later in this class) make recommendations to solve. The text book can help you decide what problem would be a good problem for you to try to solve during this class. Think of something you want to fix that you work with every day.
