RESEARCHMETHODOLGY0.3Introduction: This chapter isthe core of the research. It shall introduce you to the method that have beenused in this research. It will answer the questions and testing the hypothesisof this research in logical way. The tool thatused here to test these hypothesis is the questionnaire; this questionnaire wasanswered by teachers who specialized in translation and students who majored intranslation.
3.1 Methods of the Research: The researcherfollowed the analytical descriptive method in this study. 3.2 Instrumentsand Procedures for Data CollectionData werecollected through the following instruments: -Researchingthrow books, previews studies, articles and group dissection and also usingquestionnaire. 3.
2.1Questionnaire:The primarypurpose of the questionnaire was to garner particular information so that itcould be possible to interpret meaningfully the results of the presentresearch. The questionnaire is a one-page long measuring tool which consists of4 straightforward, mostly closed-ended questions and one opened question whichwere sent to number of participants online using Google Forms.
In particular,the questions pertained to the subject the problem that face translators andwhich kind of translation are the most difficult as to their opinions.3.1.2 Datacollection Data werecollect by using questioner. The questioner designed by Google form. GoogleForms provide a fast way to create an online survey, with responses collectedin an online spreadsheet. By it you can create your survey and inviterespondents by email. People answer your questions from almost any web browser- including mobile smartphone and tablet browsers.
It allows you to view eachresponse in a single row of a spreadsheet, with each question shown in acolumn.3.1.3Questionnaire Design The question inthe questioner are 4 closed question. The first question is to collectinformation about the participants in the study, are they teachers or students.
The second is to collect their opinions on what is the difficulty that facethem when they translate a text. The third question is to collect theirassumption and what they are think the most difficult problem that face othertranslators. The fourth question is trying to figure out what is the mostdifficult kind of translation texts. And the end there is one opened questionto collect the participants’ suggestion on how could we solve the most commonmistakes in translation. 3.3 PopulationThe populationof study is from Saudi students and teachers who studies Translation atMajma’ah University in the Saudi Arabia for the academic year 2017
